Never stop learning !

The first new acronym I picked up at Lotusphere this year is "MOPS", which stands for "Mothers of Pre-Schoolers". One Business Partner brought up the term as he acquired tens of "MOPS"es (is this the right plural form ?) as tele-sales agents for his marketing campaigns - highly qualified and highly motivated people. Could this work in germany as well ? This is also a great opportunity to talk about gender diversity - in germany we would probably call these people - "Zuhauseerziehende Elternteile mit Vorschulkindern - ZEMV"  or something like this. Are these 400,- €- Jobs ? What about Hartz 4 ? Not so easy in germany, I suppose...
